Bookings are now open for my Spring yoga celebration 🌸 (I know we are only just heading into winter…but I’ve had a number of requests for event bookings for the new year as Christmas gifts, so I thought I’d announce this one now!)As we welcome the transition to Spring, it’s a time for new beginnings, growth and renewal. It’s the ideal time to slow down, reflect, and plant the seeds of change we wish to nourish & grow in the coming months. Join me for a gorgeous half-day retreat in the countryside to honour this transition. We will come together for a deeply nourishing morning of yoga, meditation, breathwork & journalling, followed by a delicious, seasonal Mediterranean lunch catered by Polly Nostimos little Greek Kitchen. These days are all about creating a space to slow down, reflect, connect, and enjoy some nourishing practices & delicious food together 🫶 All levels of experience are most welcome! Booking policy: Please note that all bookings are non-refundable. As we are a small business and have set costs and limited spaces, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required in order to transfer your booking over to another event for the yoga lunches and celebrations. Should you be unable to attend on short notice, I'm happy to transfer your booking over to another session only if we are able to fill the space. Otherwise, you are welcome to pass your space onto a friend / family member to attend in your place. Thank you for your understanding :)
