Join me for this seasonal workshop, to celebrate the start of Spring.Suitable for all, in this workshop, we will set a sankalpa (intention/resolve) for the coming season with meditation and pranayama (breath).
We will have an energetic and cleansing flow of asana (posture) to stimulate the senses and vital organs with a cleansing breath.
We will rest down into a restorative practice to release any tension with a body scan meditation.
Refreshments will be served with a nutritious and delicious lunch from The Yoga Kitchen.
After lunch, we will come back to the mat and enjoy a nourishing yoga nidra to finish, and help you digest your food!
If you haven't enjoyed the practice of yoga nidra before, there are a great many benefits including reducing stress, improving memory and cognitive function, improving physiological health and overall well-being.
Cost is £45 per person. Please message me directly to book your space or if you have any questions.
Please bring your mat, blanket and yoga strap if you have one. I will have some spare available to use along with bolsters and blocks. Wear comfortable clothes with layers to put on if needed.
