About this Event
Nestled between the East and West branches of the DuPage River, Knoch Knolls Park offers many grand displays in Spring. You will be given handouts featuring 62 local and native spring wildflowers, and learn how to identify them, as well as their unique traits and natural histories.
This outdoor walk begins at the trailhead in the parking lot for Knoch Knolls Park. The walk will be around 2 hours, and ground may be muddy so water resistant hiking footware is recommended. Because it is outdoors, please come prepared for the weather. We encourage you to bring a hand lens or magnifying glass to help you see details on the plants and flowers.
