It poured with rain all weekend, but even that couldn't put a dampener on our witches school weekend away. Foraging was fabulous as was the Fire lighting class. Di is such a lovely host and the site looks and feels amazing. I will definitely book again for future Witches School years and my 3rd years are already looking for dates for a reunion. Loved it.

We included two activities over the weekend. We absolutely loved the flower crown session and found the foraging workshop so fascinating! My 8 year old niece joined us and she has loved telling people all her new knowledge about plants today. Overall, highly recommend and will be considering for future events! Thank you Di!

We had a great morning on the Forage walk with Wild Harvest today. Di is very knowledgeable about the edible plants she introduced us to on the walk.

Di is knowledgeable, friendly, and kind hearted. Her lust for health, nutrition, sustainability and surviving a zombie apocalypse 🧟😜 are second to none. You will be in safe hands, on one of Di's foraging walks. There is lots to learn about both foraging and nature itself. I look forward to attending other Wild Harvest School events 😃

I did the forage leader course with Di. I took so much away from it, the most important is my walks are so much better. It’s just what I needed, some guidance and structure. I was also blown away by the residential aspect, a beautiful place to stay. I felt the environment made the learning experience really rich and being with other people on similar wild plant journeys has been really valuable. I’ve met some great people and learnt so much! I’d highly recommend this hands on way of developing your walks.

I attended the self reliance course and it was one of the best weeks of my life. Firstly the setting is beautiful and peaceful. I learned so much from how to forage safely, basket weaving, make natural candles, beauty products, light fires, archery…the list goes on. I made friends for life. If I ever get the chance I would go again. Diane is an inspirational teacher and has so much knowledge.

A fantastic and informative foraging walk! We learned tons more than we expected and found Di to be so knowledgeable and generous with her time. We left the day buzzing with enthusiasm and wanting to book another event with her in the future to become more self-sufficient. Highly recommend! UPDATE: Have now updated this post because I took a Self-Reliance Day with Wild Harvest also where we learned to make willow fencing, natural toothpaste, beeswax candles, homemade butter, learned about permaculture and plotted our own patch, did rag rugging, more foraging and learned so much more. It was jam-packed with info, tips and tricks and left me feeling empowered. Can't recommend Di's courses enough!

I thoroughly recommend Wild Harvest as a place of learning, their teachings on foraging and country crafts are so wide reaching, my experiences there have been magical. I stayed in the Tipi on the teaching foraging course, and loved spending time there, especially cooking outdoors. I came away with so much valuable information it's given me the confidence I needed. I also came away with 5 great new friends! Thanks Di and team.
