About this Event
Each season holds a unique magic and wisdom. As the chill of yin warms to the brightness of yang, Spring blooms to invite imagination, growth, and inspired action. Physically, the shift of season may also present imbalances that manifest as allergies, headaches, musculoskeletal tension, eye conditions, menstrual challenges, and digestive upset.
By understanding the season and how to align with its energy, we have an opportunity to not only harmonize such ailments, but create a deeper appreciation and presence with each day of Spring.
In this interactive workshop, we will discuss the foundational theory of Spring, nutritional and lifestyle therapies, as well as how to support chronic and acute conditions that might become exacerbated in Spring. The workshop will also include the application of ear seeds and a guided meditation to promote ongoing healing and inspiration.
