Join me for a weekend retreat, 2 nights luxury escape from Friday to Sunday , focusing on our practice each day through intelligent vinyasa yoga sequencing, pranayama, meditation from a buddhist approach and deep rest in the evenings through body scans.
This retreat will focus on bringing your awareness into the present. Getting in touch with your physical body, the breath and observing the thoughts within the present moment. Vinyasa flow and morning practices every day followed by a hearty breakfast and walks later. Later in the afternoon we will focus on restorative and yin practices with an evening body scan meditation or Yoga Nidra.
The Burren Yoga Retreat is located at the foot of the Burren hills nestled amongst the hazel trees.
