About this Event

This special, dads-to-be event bootcamp will give you the confidence to tackle fatherhood.

This hands-on class is designed only for new and expectant dads, covering all the essentials you need to care for your newborn and support your partner. You’ll learn practical skills like holding, swaddling feeding and diapering, as well as how to soothe a crying baby, create safe sleep environments and navigate those first days at home. Led by experienced NICU nurses (and real dads who’ve been in your shoes), this fun, interactive workshop will leave you feeling prepared, confident and ready for your new role.

Thank you to all the moms and moms-to-be who understand this is a special class for dads only. You are welcome to wait in any of our lobbies or enjoy some solo time.

This class runs at the same time as the Tuesday Breastfeeding Classes and the Saturday Breastfeeding Classes on June 20th, August 15th, and December 5th – Moms can learn breastfeeding tips and tricks, while daddy is at boot camp!
