Spring Training Day 4: Assisted Long Run (12, 16 and 20 miles)

Assisted long runs are back! Let us help you prepare for your upcoming half marathon or marathon.
We'll provide mapped routes for each run. Depending on the distance, there will be one or two aid stations set up along the way to ensure you stay hydrated & healthy. Plus, Maurten & Anodyne Coffee will be there to provide the fuel you need to go the distance.
All paces are welcome! Whether your training for your first marathon or looking to set a new PR, we’re here to help you every step of the way.

Sunday 2/23 - 6 and 10 miles
Sunday 3/9 - 8 and 12 miles
Sunday 3/23 - 10 and 14 miles
Sunday 4/6 - 12, 16 and 20 miles
What to Bring:
In an effort to stay eco-friendly, please bring your own water bottles or hydration packs to refill at the aid stations.
