🌺 Loads 545 am for a 6:00 departure at Home Depot French Rd New Hartford
🦅 Arrives in NYC approx 11:30a. Drop off is at Bryant Park.
💥 You will have 8.5 hrs FREE time in NYC- you can choose to do the Central Park Zoo ( a couple miles away) The Bronx Zoo (40 minutes away on Subway) OR just explore NYC.
🦁 Enjoy a day at the Zoo! On your own/free time. Done w the zoo & wanna do more? NYC Botanical Garden is NEXT DOOR and Little Italy is a 10 minute walk!!!! You will have PLENTY of time to do the zoo AND explore NYC!!! It is a 40 min subway ride. Bronx zoo closes by 530pm which gives you plenty of time to get back to bus area
⏰ We will load the bus at approx 8:30pm for departure. Exact time determined at drop offs
💰 Price is $105 per person. EVERY person riding must have a paid seat, there are no “lap kids” There is NO assigned seats please arrive early to ensure your party sits close together. There is a $7 pp processing fee. Venmo, Cash App and Zelle accepted.
🎫 If purchasing Zoo tickets or ANY tickets, I highly suggest you wait til I post the trip is offically a GO, as we need to sell a certain # of seats.
⭐️Mandi Lynn Events reserves the right to move guests on the bus accordingly so that MINOR children may sit with an adult in their party
🤩 This is a luxury motor coach with tv's, dvd player. and bathroom. Typically buses have WiFi & electrical outlets but we are not guaranteed
🥤 You may bring snacks and drinks, however no glass is allowed.
❌ No Alcohol, No Vaping, No recreational drugs
💵 $5 per Person (Not per party) will be collected after the 1st rest stop for Drivers Tip. Please bring cash.
🚎 There are 56 seats available. All ages welcome. Seats filled on a 1st come 1st serve basis. Bus charted through Hale Transportation.
🧳 You May store items on bus, however the are not accessible while in NYC. The bud is locked, however Mandi Lynn Events is not held liable for your belongings left
💺 The seat you ride there in will be the seat you ride back on.
❄️ This bus travels in snow. We only cancel if Hale Transportation cancels due to a weather advisory.

🤩 If you make a seat deposit, you have 2 weeks from date of deposit to pay balance in full using the same method of payment. Failure to do so will result is deposit being foerfitted and seats becoming available for sale. In order to purchase them it would then be at full price.
