Bruschetta with Roasted Grape-Olive Salsa and Torn Burrata- a little heat takes this up a notch
Seared Prawns with Two Peppers- garlicky, with heat and zest- a spicy compound butter- the perfect pairing
Cacio e Pepe Risotto with Roasted Asparagus- another version of this combo topped with spring’s new crop asparagus
Roasted Chicken Panzanella Agradolce- sweet and tangy, sherry-laced pan juices create a hot dressing that’s layered over crispy ciabatta pieces, bacon, greens…… a hot winter salad
Amaretto-Almond Torta- stylishly easy in 1-2-3 simple layers, serve with a little vanilla gelato

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
