As nature awakens with the bloom of spring, it’s time to refresh, renew, and restore your mind, body, and spirit.
Join Frances w/CLH for a transformative sound bath experience designed to usher in the season of growth and renewal. The soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and other instruments help promote relaxation, balance energy, clear any stagnant emotions, and will leave you feeling refreshed and revitalized.
This event is 18+ and is limited to 24 people.
Please bring our own yoga mat to sit and/or lay on.
Optional items: Anything that will help you feel more relaxed and comfortable such as a pillow, bolster, blanket, and/or yoga blocks. It is also recommended to bring water.
