This is a magical 7-night retreat in the unspoilt countryside of Extremadura in West-central Spain, a region of great natural beauty with incredible landscapes and towns and villages steeped in history - the area is literally teaming with native wildflowers and birds. This is an opportunity to deeply relax, refresh and recharge in a truly beautiful, and peaceful, place.We stay in delightful ‘casa rural’, country house, less than 10 miles from Trujillo. The rooms are light, airy and spacious and all have en-suite facilities.
There is an outdoor swimming pool and a wonderful terrace to relax on and practice yoga, if the weather allows.

The nearest airport is Madrid which is 2.5 hours away. Transfers can be arranged from here at additional cost. On previous retreats some of the group have hired cars at the airport and given others a lift to the venue. This worked very well and when the costs are shared this works out better value than arranging transfers. Once you're 15 minutes from the airport it's also a wonderful drive through some wonderful Spanish scenery.
