This sound session will be an immersive experience to help nurture your mind, body, and spirit. The focus will be on cultivating abundance through gratitude and connection.The sound bath will be conducted primarily using quartz crystal bowls and may include other vibrational instruments like chimes, drums, and singing pyramid.
All are welcome but space is limited.
This event is donation-based.
Suggested energy exchange: $15 - $20
The sound bath takes place at Aikido Del Mar from 5:30 to 6:45 pm. As a courtesy to the dojo, please remove your shoes and place them in the shoe cubby before going on the mat. Much gratitude to Aikido Del Mar for sharing their sacred space!
