Allow Me To Introduce Myself
Hi There! I’m Cha’ron. A Certified Sound Practitioner,(7 years since I picked up my first bowl) Birth Coach, aspiring herbalist, former teacher now tutor, mother of five, and more. It’s been a while, but I’m so excited to start back up monthly soundbaths!
This sounbath will be all about renewal and starting the official new year with clarity and intention. (Yes, March was indeed the official New Year before things got moved around). We will focus on setting aligned intentions and use the vibrations of sound to permeate them. After that, you will be immersed in a restorative sound bath as we flow into the cleansing and renewal energy of spring. Come prepared to relax and receive.😉
What Is Sound Therapy?
What is Sound Therapy? It’s a non-invasive healing practice that uses the power of sound and vibration to promote relaxation, reduce stress, soothe the nervous system, reducing pain, increase one’s overall mood, and more.
I incorporate various instruments into each session. I usually use my intuition when deciding what tools to use. I often incorporate instruments such as Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, gongs, crystal pyramids, pipes, tuning forks, and more. Excited to see you there!!

Things To Remember
*Please do your best to arrive on time. Doors will close at 6:00pm. We will start the event with a brief activity that will last 10-15 minutes. Followed by a 45 minute sound bath.
*Please remember to bring a pillow, blankets, and whatever else is needed for your comfort. Your body temperature will drop.
*Please reach out to me prior to the day of the event with any questions via email or phone.
*I would suggest eating light 1-2 hours prior to the sound bath and to come hydrated.
*Relax!!! Experiences will vary. Some people are instantly relaxed once the sound begins, for some it takes time, while others are just getting relaxed when it ends. Everyone is different, so free your mind of expectations.
