🌷🌺🌼 Spring is in full bloom, and the East Tennessee Symphony Orchestra welcomes the change in seasons with a lively and uplifting Spring Concert Sunday, April 13, 5:30 p.m., at Founders Hall at The Commons (4950 Swinyar Dr. in Collegedale). Performances include Swedish Rhapsody, Op.16 by Hugo Alfven, Nordic Suite for String Orchestra arranged by Rune Sorensen, and Symphonic Dances, Op. 64 by Edvard Grieg. This family-friendly event is free and open to the public.
The ETSO has performed alongside a number of prolific bands and musical acts, to include: the Firework Finale during the 2023 and 2024 Hamilton County Fair, its Christmas Concert with the Annie Moses Band for two years in a row, an unforgettable performance with the Grammy award-winning Ricky Skaggs, and many more events with talented local and regional musicians.
