Dear Spring Showdown Attendees,

We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, we must reschedule ’Spring Showdown - The Road to Oktoberbest', originally set for March 20, 2025 at the Garden Theater. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to ensure the best possible experience for all attendees. Presenting the event in a possibly substandard manner was something we were not prepared to do.

We have several dates that we are working with The Garden to facilitate upcoming availability. The dates we are propsing range from 4/24 and 5/13, and we will provide additional updates as soon as possible. If you have already registered or purchased tickets, your spot will remain secured for the rescheduled date. If you would like a refund, please let us know as soon as possible.

We truly value your support and patience, and we can’t wait to see you soon! As we head towards the event, we can assure you that this will be even better than we expected or planned. Please stay tuned for further details, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions.

SNAP HOMES Presents Spring Showdown - The Road of OKTOBERBEST. If you attended Oktoberbest in 2024 then you know this is not your average Industry gathering! Join us at the gorgeous, iconic Garden Theater for a FUN day of competition. A unique take on overcoming objections continues with 16 of the Real Estate Industry's Heavyweights! Admission will include hors d'ouevres and bar.

The Finalists will automatically go on to compete in our Oktoberbest 2025 Championship, and you are the judge (via Audience Voting app) as to who will be the Spring Showdown Champion.

Parking available in the secured Woodward Garden's Parking Garage, located at the corner of Woodward and Alexandrine, street parking, or Church parking lot across the street.

You must have a ticket to the event and must be purchased on-line only. There will be no ticket sales at the door.

Doors open at 11:00AM

Competition begins at 12:00 PM

Networking begins immediately after COMPETITION and ends at 4:00 PM
