Our day retreat will take place in The View Room with some outings in the trails, by the water and in the labyrinth. We chose The View room partially for the view it offers of the gorunds, the lake and Mount Benson. A perfect place to retreat for a day of self-care that you so deserve!
This retreat is designed to provide you with a rejuvenating and peaceful experience surrounded by nature so you can have a day for YOU, without chores, obligations or any other life demands.
At our Nanaimo Wellness Retreat, you will have the opportunity to participate in:
- a gentle yoga practice
- a forest therapy walk
- mindfulness meditations
- circle time with like-minded individuals
- introspection time in the labyrinth
- optional cold water plunge in Westwood Lake

And notwithstanding that such damage, loss or injury, may have been caused solely or partially by event hosts negligence.
