Get ready to run! Our 6-week run training program is designed to build endurance, improve pace, and help you feel confident in your running. This program leads up to the Fair Oaks Chicken Run on May 4th, but you can use it to train for another race or simply to stay consistent without committing to an event.We’ll meet twice a week for coached sessions:
➡ Wednesdays at 6pm – Speed training (hills or interval work)
➡ Sundays at 7:45am – Long run
Both meet-ups will be at various locations around the Fair Oaks area.
You'll also receive a training plan to follow on your own throughout the week. Whether you're training for a 5K, 5-mile race, or just looking to improve your running, this program is for you! Walkers, joggers, and runners of all levels are welcome.
Pricing:
💰 $59 for Platinum Members
💰 $99 for Gold/Silver/Non-members
This program is co-ed and open to anyone! Race entry is not included in the program, but we encourage you to sign up for the Fair Oaks Chicken Run if you’d like to put your training to the test!
