After a long, cold winter, there's nothing like the feeling of fresh air and sunshine as you step outside and hit the track! 🌱Join us for 9 weeks of consistent track running that will not only boost your physical fitness but also enhance your mental resilience! Each session is carefully designed to help you run with more efficiency, confidence, and power. With a blend of workouts, drills, and education on form and mental strength, you'll notice real improvements with every stride.
But we’re not just about running—recovery is key! Each workout is followed by a post-run yoga session to kick-start your recovery, reduce muscle tension, and leave you feeling loose, relaxed, and ready to take on the world (or atleast your family).
