Spring Rose Show 2024

Join us this afternoon as we welcome the members of our two DFW rose societies to present this unique show, fully accredited by the American Rose Society. Anyone can enter their roses, and it's free. All entries must be in place by 10 AM. Our show opens to the public at noon. Drop by to experience the beauty of the Queen of Flowers, and get your rose growing questions answered by our local experts and enthusiasts! FREE.

The Dallas Rose Society is a group of gardeners who enjoy growing and learning about roses. Some of us like to grow exhibition roses and participate in local rose shows. Some of us are just learning how to successfully grow roses in our landscapes. ​Some of us are enthralled by miniature roses while others marvel at the hybrid tea. Some of us are collectors while some have only a few plants. The Society extends a warm welcome to all gardeners eager to delve into the world of roses and gardening. Attendance at our meetings is always free, and membership is never a requirement. But most importantly we are a group who have come together to encourage each other in our hobby.

The Fort Worth Rose Society was founded in 1961 by Mr. and Mrs. O.G. Pierson and a local group of people who shared a love for roses. The Society grew over the years to become the premier rose society in North Texas. The Fort Worth Rose Society is an affiliate of the American Rose Society. The Society holds annual Rose Competitions every May at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. We currently have six Master and Consulting Rosarians that are part of the Society and available to answer all of your questions about grown roses in your own garden.
