At Yoga Space, we love the perfect “goldilocks” blend of fun, exploration and tranquility. This spring (longer) weekend, dive into daily yoga sessions, guided breathwork, and thrilling (some chilling) outdoor excursions, all designed to rejuvenate your heart and your human. Our aim is for you to rest and adventure to the likes of your own rhythm so you can tap back into the sweet soothed hum of yourself.

This winter escape offers a sweet balance of adventure and relaxation, allowing you to explore both your inner and outer worlds. Harveys Farm Bicheno is the ultimate location, set on 5 acres of bushland with the property snuggled close to the seeeeeaaa.
As you gently wake oceanside, immersed in the Tassie bush, we set the tone for days of discovery. From energizing Vinyasa flows to restorative Yin practices, cold ocean plunges and fire side hangs, each session is designed to deepen the connection with your body, cultivate mindfulness, and restore balance to your being. Explore the untouched beauty of Tasmania with lush hikes, rugged coastlines, empty beaches and secret spots. Drift away for some solo time or settle in for the ever-interesting and often hilarious conversations that unfold. Good laughter medicine is a regular guest at these gatherings.
Please know nothing is compulsory, everything is by choice.
For your bellies, our talented kitchen queen Courtney Drew will craft each dish with care, as she thoughtfully curates, nourishing meals made from locally (where possible) sourced ingredients. Then simply relax and unwind in this luxurious accommodation, where every detail is designed to enhance your sense of comfort and wellbeing.
