Reflection, clarity & creative direction The Spring Reset Workshop is a gentle but powerful day of reflection, clarity and creative direction. This is not about sticking pretty pictures on a board. It’s a guided, embodied process designed to help you reconnect with who you’re becoming — and create space for real, achievable change. Held in a small, supportive group, this workshop blends meditation, reflection, conversation and creative making to help you slow down, tune in and move forward with intention.What this workshop is about This session supports you to:
- Reconnect with how you truly want to feel
- Explore who you are becoming (not who you think you should be)
- Gently identify habits or patterns you’re ready to release — and ones you want to embody
- Notice where your wants and goals come from — you or others
- Create a grounded, realistic vision for the months ahead
- Translate insight into small, aligned next steps you can actually take
People often arrive feeling unclear, stuck or overwhelmed — and leave with a sense of calm, confidence and direction. In recent sessions, participants noticed changes beginning almost immediately, from shifting negative self-talk to feeling empowered to take real-life steps that had previously felt out of reach.What you’ll experience This is nervous-system-aware, body-led work, held with care and intention. You’ll be guided through:
- Meditation and gentle reflection
- Supportive coaching and group discussion
- Creative vision board making
While you will create a vision board to take home, the heart of this workshop is the process of alignment and becoming, not the finished board itself. There is no pressure to share more than you’re comfortable with. You’ll be supported throughout, in a way that feels safe, respectful and grounded.What’s included
