Our Spring Reset & Renew Workshop is an invitation to release the heaviness of winter and embrace the lightness, vitality, and growth of spring.Join us for a 2 and half hour guided session of soul-deep restoration and connection, with three session times available:
�8:30am - 11:00am (8 WOMENS ONLY SPACES)
�10:00am - 12:30pm (8 MIXED SPACES)
�11:30am - 2:00pm (8 MIXED SPACES)
Each workshop includes:
� Seasonal Reset Ritual with Nervous System Support
� Nourishing Nutrition Support
� Restorative Yoga and Sound Healing
� Sauna & Cold Plunge
� Heartfelt Connection with like-minded souls in a supportive, uplifting space.
