Sunday, March 15 – Spring Renewal Women’s WorkshopIn partnership with The Shy Empress, With Love Yoga, and Live Jennuinely, join us for a workshop centered on Women’s Wellness Sunday, March 15 from 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm. We will focus on mindful birding, messages from nature, sound healing, reflective journaling, brainspotting and community.
All are welcome to join our friendly and respectful workshops!
Our event will take place inside Pink Moon Yoga & Wellness in Silverton, NJ. There will be light movement, so please do dress comfortably and warmly. Feel free to bring snacks, your yoga mat and props, lunch and water.

1:15-1:55: Journaling prompt and share
2:00-3:00: Brainspotting
3:00-4:00: Guided sound bath and saging ceremony
