Join us for a Spring energetic cleansing with sound and healing frequencies. Spring Equinox is a time of new beginnings and fresh starts and we too can we align our own cycles with the natural rhythms of nature?This is a time to intentionally tap into what it is we wish to create and what new ideas are going to be birthed in the upcoming season. We will also be cleansing away stagnant energies from winter so we can enter into this next phase feeling bright and enlivened?
During the Sound Healing you'll experience crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and more, to journey within and explore what your highest self is calling for at this time.
We'll begin with a guided meditation and lead into a 45 minute sound bath with a blend of live instruments and recorded frequencies.
