Whether you seek to release old patterns, cultivate clarity, or ignite a sense of purpose, this day retreat offers a sacred space for you to awaken to your true essence and embrace the infinite possibilities of rebirth and renewal.
Our morning will begin around the fire, as we take time to connect with ourselves, one another, and our intentions.
You’ll then be guided through an all levels yoga practice, allowing you time and space to connect with your breath and center your being. Through a series of postures, breathwork, and mindful movements, you’ll be provided an opportunity to release tension, awaken dormant energies, and create space for new beginnings.
Together we’ll share in a delicious and nutritious lunch. Sharing meals in community fosters social connection & strengthens relationships, nourishing not only our bodies but also our souls.
The afternoon will include Restorative Yoga combined with Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra. Here, you’ll be provided a supportive space to soften, surrender, and renew your sense of awe and wonder.
As our day unfolds, you’ll be invited to partake in a Cacao Ceremony. During this time we will learn how this sacred plant opens our hearts and brings us back to the rhythms of the natural world, specifically the Spring energies of play and joy!
This will be a day for YOU, immersed in nature, community, and practices designed to support deep relaxation, inner exploration, JOY and RENEWAL.
Throughout the retreat you’ll have the opportunity to reflect, journal, and share experiences within community, allowing yourself to be seen and heard, fostering a sense of connection and support on your path to renewal.
