About this Event
Join us for a Spring Renewal Cacao Ceremony designed to support grounding, reflection, and gentle renewal as we move into the spring season.
This ceremony includes the sharing of traditional ceremonial cacao, a heart-centered plant ally that has been used for centuries to support emotional openness, clarity, and connection. Ceremonial cacao is not hot chocolate. It is a dairy-free, ritual preparation with a rich, earthy flavor and subtle sweetness, intended to be experienced slowly and intentionally.
The evening will include a talking circle, herbal smudging, a sound bath with medicine songs, and guided visualization for reflection and insight. Sound healing supports relaxation and nervous system regulation, helping quiet the mind and create space for deeper awareness and integration.
This guided visualization offers an opportunity to reflect inward, connect with inner resources, and gently explore what is ready to grow in the coming season. No prior experience with cacao, meditation, or ceremony is required.
