Not only do you get a weekend away but you take away Certification of a Level One Reiki Practitioner.
Already working with Reiki? This is a great time to refresh your skills and dive deeper into self-healing!
Friday
Arrival at 3pm-4:30
5pm-8pm: Opening Circle & Yoga
Rest and Restore with a delicious yoga practice to soothe the soul. Time to get grounded and present for this weekend dedicated to Self Care and Personal Growth. The practice will end with a guided meditation to open the chakras and begin the initiation process for Reiki.
8pm-9:30 Dinner (Provided)
Saturday:
8am-9:30am: Morning Yoga & Meditation
A practice to invigorate and energize you for the day ahead! The meditation will focus upon the opening of the Crown and Heart Chakra as we continue the initiation process of Reiki
10am: Breakfast (Provided)
11am-1:30pm: Morning Discussion
The Foundations of Reiki: Level One information
Self Healing Session Time
1:30pm-4:30pm: Personal Time
5pm-6pm Evening Yoga & Meditation
After a beautiful day in nature, it is time to dive deeper. This practice will quiet the body, Mind and Spirit. The meditation will focus on Self-Love and Self-Care.
6:30pm: Dinner (Provided)
8pm: Fire Ceremony & Bhakti
Time to let go of what is no longer serving you. Fire is the element of transformation. In this ceremony we will call upon our Angels and Ancestors to guide us in the surrender of the hurt and pain of the past.
Sunday:
8am- Breakfast (Provided)
9am-10am Morning Yoga & Meditation
A Practice of Balance. Balance is the key to life. Reiki and Yoga focus on this principle. The meditation will focus on the integration of the Reiki attunement.
10am: Closing Circle and Group Healing with Reiki
11am: Check out time
