Spring is the season of renewal, re-birth and re-growth - join us for an afternoon of intention setting, contemplation, replenishing seasonal yin & yang yoga & live cello music.

Originally trained as a classical musician, music therapist & teacher, Emily Young loves integrating music into unique yoga classes and events. Emily uses her Cello, voice, ambient backings and live loops to play her original music as well as carefully chosen pieces by other composers. Music is interwoven through the practice to support an immersive state of meditation.

Tea & nibbles will be provided between practises.
