What to Expect:

What to Bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, bolster, and anything else you would need to make yourself comfortable lying down. Some blankets and yoga mats available to borrow.

Entrances and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says "304 Main Street". Follow the driveway all the way to the very back (long set of buildings) where it ends in a circle. Park there and use the rear entrance at the end of a ramp. Follow signs to the Awakening Room.
