This event is an annual fundraiser for the local non-profit Kingman Route 66 Rotary Club. Some of their service projects include-
Presenting dictionaries annually to third grade students through-out the Kingman Unified School District, awarding Micro Grants to area teachers, Rotary Readers in which a Rotary member spends a half hour weekly with a third grade student who needs improvement in reading skills, annual scholarships, city youth basketball, Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA), Interact, Peace Builder Club, Shelter Box and Open World.
