Celebrate spring with a fun and creative day hosted by CBRC Health & Fitness! The event kicks off with a Vertical Pilates class led by CBRC Pilates instructor Vicki Jordheim at Barnard Griffin Winery. Challenge your body in an upright position with classic Pilates exercises performed standing and seated using a chair. Options for all fitness levels will be provided, and chairs will be provided for the session.
Next, head over to dB Studios for a hands-on glass art workshop where you’ll create your own sun catcher. All materials are provided, and experienced instructors will guide you through the process.
The day concludes with a social hour at Barnard Griffin Winery, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and relax with fellow participants. The cost is just $43 for CBRC members and Barnard Griffin Wine Club Members, and $53 for guests, which covers both classes and a glass of wine during the social hour. Space is limited.
