Becoming equipped to provide first aid for your pet can save their life. Would you know how to respond if your dog or cat were bitten by a snake or collapsed from heat stroke?Join our interactive workshop, where SCAR Veterinarian, Dr Natalie, and her skilled assistants will teach you essential skills to confidently handle pet emergencies.
Topics we'll cover include:
• Identifying signs of pain in dogs and cats
• Managing wounds, bleeding, and bandaging
• Responding to insect bites
• Treatment for snake bites
• Handling poisoning incidents
• Recognising and treating heat stroke
• Performing CPR on dogs and cats
• And much more!
Fee: $95 per person, which includes:
• A 3-hour interactive session
• A Pet First Aid Handbook to take home
• Q&A time with a qualified veterinarian
• A certificate of participation
