About this Event
Once a year, when the rains have softened the earth and the sun dares to linger a little longer, an extraordinary gathering takes place.
This Spring Plant Sale, hosted by the Washington Native Plant Society’s Central Puget Sound Chapter, is more than just a chance to stock your garden with native flora—it’s a homecoming for the plants, a celebration of the land, and a rallying call for those who love wild things.
🌱 What Awaits You?
🌿 Over 2,000 native plants from our own nursery, trusted local growers, and specialty wholesalers
🌿 A diverse selection of 100+ species—shrubs, perennials, ground covers—each one a key player in the intricate symphony of our local ecosystem
🌿 Knowledgeable native plant experts on hand to guide you in your choices (and possibly share a few well-kept gardening secrets)
🌿 A chance to support conservation, restoration, and education efforts in our community
🕰️ Early Access for Members! Doors open at 9:30 AM for WNPS members—if you’re not one yet, you can join online or on the spot for $40 and get first pick of the finest botanical treasures.
Early bird catches the worm, and in this event, early bird catches the trilliums! Last year we sold out by 2 pm, so come early!
🌎 A Call to the Keepers of the Green!
This entire event is powered by volunteers—passionate souls who dig, sort, and lift to bring this sale to life. Soon, we’ll be posting a volunteer sign-up link. Whether you’re a seasoned green thumb or simply someone who feels the pull of the wild, we need your help.
📸 Photo credit to the incredibly talented local artist, WebandMoss Studio!
We will have puzzles and posters of the native plant sale illustration and the artist will have a booth (with even more art) at our event, so this is your chance to get your art signed!
