🌸 Spring Music Fest ’25 Brings Live Tunes and Family Fun to FoxtonFoxton’s Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom will come alive with music, colour, and community spirit on 📅 Saturday, 4 October 2025, as Spring Music Fest ’25 celebrates the season in style.
The free, family-friendly event will feature an exciting line-up of musical talent:
• ⏰ 10:30 am – Chrissy
• ⏰ 11:30 am – Unity Wara
• ⏰ 12:30 pm – Brasso
• ⏰ 1:30 pm – Fireflys Duo
• featuring 🎧 DJ FBIKS
🎈 Free bouncy castle – a perfect day out for families and music lovers alike!
“We’re thrilled to bring live music back to Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom and to celebrate the joy of spring with our community,” says event coordinator Chris Craddock. “It’s a great way to connect, have fun, and support our great musical performers.”
Thanks to the Horowhenua District Council for enabling the use of their facilities, and to the generous support of Pelorus Trust, which funded the musicians, PA system, and children’s entertainment.
🌤 Weather Plan: Good weather – we’ll be outside on the grassed area under the windmill. 🌧 Poor weather – the event will be held inside at Te Awahou Nieuwe Stroom.
