Welcome to the Spring Meditation Circle! Join us for a peaceful and rejuvenating gathering where we will come together to practice meditation and mindfulness techniques. This in-person event will take place at Christina's Therapeutic Touch on Carey Street in Slidell, LA, USA, 9:00 - 10:30am on the following Saturdays: April 20th, May 11th, May 25th, June 8th, and June 22nd.
Take some time out of your busy schedule to relax, unwind, and connect with others in a calming and supportive environment. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced meditator, everyone is welcome to join us for one or all of this 5-part meditation series.
