#3 IN THIS YEARS FRIDAY JAZZ SERIES LINEUP
Our third instalment for this year's series features the sounds of the one and only Carnivorous Plant Society. A perennial favourite and certainly the most eclectic ensemble we have ever hosted. Every time these three let loose it is a veritable journey through space and sound.
Carnivorous Plant Society are a psychedelic jazz/funk band who play music that takes inspiration from far and wide - think Mexican Mariachi meets Spaghetti Western via Africa and South-East Asia. Combining a diverse array of instruments they tell stories through music that have often been described as mind-melting, in the best possible way.
Doors will open at 6pm with dinner service from 6:30 and music beginning once the first wave of tapas is served. Three sets of music alongside three courses with the evening ending at approximately 10pm.
