For Spring 2024 we are hosting four very special live music performancesThis year's finale features an all-time Casita Miro stalwart:
Love Square
Every time these musicians play inside this special Casita something truly beguiling unfolds. The melding of the acoustic instruments with a unique ambience elevates this music. "Cat and her team create this environment....a beautiful audience, fine dining, gorgeous wine and cocktails... I mean, we'd better bring our A-game to this legendary joint!" Says band leader Nick Atkinson. "We've had some of our best shows ever at Casita Miro. Often you can hear a pin drop, other times it gets a little rowdy with the crowd whooping and carrying on. It's an adventure playing here and it sometimes feels as though the people gathered are hanging on every note and brushstroke. Playing Casita Miro is an absolute highlight on our calendar. We're very lucky to perform here."
Nick Atkinson's passion project Love Square brings together his two favourite musicians and Come Together band-mates drummer Alistair Deverick and multi-instrumentalist Finn Scholes. This trio will take you on a world-girdling jazz journey featuring compositions and classics inspired by the rhythms of Ethiopia and Nigeria along with the latin sounds of Peruvian Cumbia and Bolivian Chi-Cha. Expect reggae horns coupled to the intensity of an underground New York jazz club. Like the food and wine at Casita Miro these players are from the top draw. Get a table while you still can!
To accompany the live entertainment we will be serving a 3 course dinner starting with a selection of tapas followed by a traditional paella, which will be cooked by our chefs in the restaurant and finishing up with one of our all time favourite desserts, churros con chocolate.
*Seating will be fiesta style on shared tables so get in early to grab your preferred seats (paella will be at one end and the music at the opposite end)*
