Spring Into Wellness is Back!Join the East Hill Neighborhood Association for the 2nd annual Spring Into Wellness Event.

Bayview Park (East Hill on Bayou Texar)
This free, family-friendly community wide event promotes health and wellness by raising awareness of city parks and resources while offering access to outdoor activities, wellness information, healthy food, and more.
Free wellness classes include pilates, yoga, barre, pound, and stretch classes.
Wellness Activities include: chair massages, scalp massages, Slow Ride, b-12 injections, Children’s Sensory Station, bounce house, ice baths, breath work, sound bath, and more.
