Gear up with your favorite good cop / bad cop fitness duo! You choose who is which one.
Kick off the summer with a fitness tune up. Start your day with an invigorating blend of calisthenics, plyometrics and playground fun that will mimic an training for and completing an obstacle course! Camp will be weather dependent and will proceed as long as the temperature is 45 degrees. Remember, your body temperature is 20-30 degrees warmer than the outdoor temperature when actively moving!
Prepare for the 2022 obstacle race season with this fun challenge designed for intermediate fitness levels.
Bring with you- Dress in layers
- Optional sport gloves
- Optional exercise mat or beach towel for ground exercises (be ready to carry it in a back pack as we move along the course)

FAQs
Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Children age 18+ can participate with a participating adult and must be athletic or be at an intermediate fitness level.
What are my parking options?
Free street parking is available near Lake Park and 39th St., as well as Cottage Grove and 39th St. There is metered parking lakeside on 39th St.

What's the refund policy?
In cases of inclement weather, a class cancelation notice will be sent to all registered participants via email or text and posted on Fitnessfactorpro's social media sites. No refunds will be offered if the class is still in session and a participant personally decides not to attend.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A printed ticket is not needed. Once you've registered and paid online, your information will be saved and noted.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Your ticket is transferable. If you are not able to make the event and would like to transfer your ticket to someone else, please give your ticket or reservation number to the person you're transferring it to and email or text the event organizer with your name and the person's name who will be attending the event.
