Our training sessions let you train at your own pace, focusing on cardio with strength + endurance = power. Build movement power, become stronger, and practice self-care so you can be strong for whatever life brings you.
Exercise not only improves your health and wellness but also relieves stress, helps you achieve your goals, and connects you with a supportive community. Join us and invest in yourself to feel your best for spring break and beyond.
Join us for an energizing 60-minute T & C Bootcamp that combines the best of cardio and strength training! This class features circuit style training designed to boost your endurance, build strength, and leave you feeling accomplished. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just getting started, this dynamic workout is tailored for all levels.
Our goal is to empower you to embrace self-care and build movement confidence at every stage of life. We create a safe, inclusive environment that enhances well-being and promotes a healthy lifestyle with strong social connections.
TIME: 6:00 pm-7:00 pm
COST: $15/class – if you have a punch card to use, you MUST RSVP.
CAPACITY: 20 PEOPLE
What to Expect:
Dynamic Warm-Up: Kick things off with a warm-up to prepare your body for the workout.
Circuit Training: Engage in a variety of high-energy cardio and strength exercises that challenge every muscle group. Expect a mix of bodyweight movements, resistance training, and bursts of cardio to keep your heart rate up.
Recovery: Finish with guided stretches to help your muscles recover and prevent soreness.
Supportive Atmosphere: Work alongside others in a positive, motivating environment where every move can be modified to fit your fitness level.
Social Connection: Build a sense of community and camaraderie as you sweat it out together. Enjoy opportunities to interact, share experiences, and support one another on your fitness journeys.
Bring a water bottle, a towel, and your can-do attitude—we’ll take care of the rest!
We recommend cross-trainer tennis shoes for 3-dimensional training. Yoga mats are optional for warm-up and recovery.
