Embrace the buzz of new beginnings from a calm center. Perfect for leaders or creatives starting a new venture.
About this Event

Can you feel the buzz? And enjoy it?

If you're on the cusp of starting a new venture and struggling to balance the mix of nerves, anticipation, fear, winter blues, what ifs...

Join us to discover how to tap into and ride the energetic momentum of spring while maintaining a calm center.

We'll explore how images and imagination can help you find stability in your core.

We'll explore how gentle movement can point the way to balancing several feelings at once, and release the enjoyment of this season.

This is a live event with instruction, guidance for seated and moving meditations led by a pro (see below), and Q&A. This is a body-centered approach, but we can easily make accomodations for those with limited mobility.

If you're in a leadership position, a creative, or anyone gearing up to make a big move and expand their life or their business...

Can you imagine going through this leap with ease and grace rather than dobut and dread?

It's normal if winter got sluggish, or you've been bogged down in fears, but now with the new energy of spring, we can tap into an expanded awareness without forfeiting inner peace.

And it feels so good!

This event is created and led by Juniper McKelvie, a writer, actor, and freelance nun who is hell bent on teaching the tools for inner peace in creative, non-denominational ways. She helps participants understand and follow their own inner compass. Think of this as a one-of-a kind Easter celebration that's compatible with diverse religious, spiritual, or non-belief frameworks.

Juniper McKelvie is an independent artist and freelance nun with 25 years of meditation experience and an acting habit. She combines the freedom of creativity with the structure of meditation to help leaders, creatives, and innovators find and maintain their inner peace in the midst of change. She spent over a year in a modern monastery in the jungles of Vermont and later worked to create a secular mindfulness meditation app in San Francisco that reached an audience of 600,000. One of her stage plays has been a semi-finalist in three national competitions, and she has appeard in several short films.

She has started a new venture, Pause for Peace, to share her insights. Her teachings are body-centered and encourage honoring and respecting the body as the vehicle to and expression of peace. Look for future eevents and a podcast from Pause for Peace.

From Juniper:

"There are many valid paths to peace, so it's particularly useful to understand and trust your inner guidance system. Then you can begin to consistently embody the peace you want to see in the world."
