
About this Event
Pilates Studio 11 will lead a 45-minute Mat Pilates class focused on core, lower body and back strength. A big part of Pilates is understanding body alignment and how precision and control help activate muscles in a way you’ve never experienced before. This class will enhance posture, stability, and mobility, helping you move more efficiently and feel stronger.
*Please bring your own yoga mat. We will have a few available, but not enough for the whole class.
