About this Event
Join us for a functional, full-body HIIT workout class, with a playlist inspired by
music about new beginnings, feeling refreshed and motivated! If you feel like you need
a reset and restart for spring, this one is for you!
Our class alternates between full body, functional strength and cardio, ending with
mobility and core work and is led by a highly qualified Personal trainer and Exercise
Referral Instructor, Dr Natalie E Grinvalds.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of exercise that alternates between short
periods of high-intensity cardio and body weight resistance movements lower-intensity
intervals for a workout that will improve your health, cardiovascular fitness, and strength
in a short amount of time!
Please bring a mat or towel. Let the instructor know if you have any injuries or medical
issues.
