Spring Into Action - Two Bridges Community Center

The Y and Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD), in conjunction with the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH), NYC Health + Hospitals, the New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) and The Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC) on Youth are hosting “Spring into Action” Day at the YMCA’s Two Bridges Community Center on April 16th, 2022 from 12:00 PM to 3:00PM. The Spring into Health Fairs aim to engage, encourage, empower, and expose community residents to an array of holistic services. Participating DYCD-funded programing sites will host local community-based organizations and City agencies in each neighborhood.
