Spring Holiday Pet Food CollectionThe City of Rio Rancho Parks, Recreation & Community Services, is asking for your help in making this a happy Spring holiday for seniors & their pets by donating cat food, dog food, bird food, and cat litter.
To many seniors, their pets are considered companions, best friends, and often family, sometimes their ONLY family. Let’s all help seniors by chipping in and donating what pet items we can. Help make a difference for a senior and their pet this holiday season. All donations collected will be taken to Storehouse West to aid their “Seniors in Need Program.” Helping Senior Citizens keep their companion pets at home and out of shelters! This is often the last resort for Seniors with pets.
Help us ensure that no pet goes hungry or to a shelter because their senior owner can’t feed them! For additional information please call Cabezon Community Center at 505-892-4499 or email [email protected].
Collection is from February 10th - March 26th
Donations can be dropped off at Cabezon Community Center between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuesday thru Thursday.
