About this Event
Spring Forward: What's Holding You Back?
(Sweet Talk: Wellbeing Workshop 1)
Spring has sprung - but are you springing forward, or are you holding back?
Are you taking any risks? Or is procrastination your best friend?
What do you want to do with your life? What decisions are you putting off?
We can spend a lot of our lives daydreaming, drifting and/or thinking ‘what if’ about the future, but not really making progress in real life. If you feel you are ‘stuck’ in old patterns, or holding back or limiting yourself, this taster workshop may be for you.
It’s Spring and time to move forward!
Let’s get our your wildest dreams, blow the dust off, and make decisions. Come and be inspired to take the next step towards fulfilling your goals. Through interactive discussions and activities, you'll gain valuable insights and practical tools to overcome any obstacles in your way.
Spring Forward: What's Holding You Back? is the first in a series of 3 taster workshops by Corinne Sweet, spread across 2025. Join Corinne through different seasons to tackle various areas of self-love, self-development and growth.
