About this Event

Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shinrin-Yoku, Forest Bathing fosters SENSORY EXPERIENCES in forests and other natural settings in order to improve one's overall health, well-being, and happiness. Typically under two miles long, these slow walks are fit for all ages and physical conditions. It's a great way to relax, recharge, and appreciate the beauty of the outdoors.

Bring a bottle of water, weather-appropriate clothing, your curiosity and willingness to unwind. 16 years old and above only. We kindly request that you turn off your cellphones and leave pets at home for this event. For more information, visit our FAQ section. Please also make sure you sign the waiver to complete your registration here.
