Join us for a spring stroll around the woodland foraging for spring finds, before heading back to our outdoor centre to create some exciting delights using recipe card suggestions as a guide.Ellie and Andrea from the Forest team will provide you will all you need to create something from your forest finds. Spring is a wonderful time for foraging with fresh green growth which is abundant this time of year for gathering edible shoots, leaves, herbs, and early flowers. Foraging may include elderflower, nettles, and dandelion however we cannot guarantee what we will find until the day as this all down to what Forest provides!
This will be a social morning, a chance to enjoy the season, a gentle walk, an opportunity to meet new friends and the opportunity to make some spring treats to take home.
