Herbalist and RN Katie Kasuga and CT Foraging Club founder Amy Demers will be co-teaching a Spring Foraging class on Saturday, April 19th at Beckett Farms in Glastonbury, CT. You will learn how to identify and utilize edible and medicinal plants and mushrooms that can be found this time of year. You will also learn how to differentiate plants and mushrooms from any toxic look-a-likes.The class will consist of ~45-minute lecture, followed by ~45-minute walk, where we will practice plant and mushroom identification.
